In these games, only Rockruff possessing the Own Tempo Ability can evolve into the Dusk Form. Those that evolve into the Midday or Midnight Forms are not eligible for this evolution. To evolve a qualifying Rockruff into Dusk Form Lycanroc, players must level it up to at least Level 25 during the in-game sunset period.
